To give up smoking.... I hate to think how many times this will be. It is only the 2nd day today, I am ok if I stay in the bedroom all day as I have never smoked in there, Oh well keep your fingers crossed for me please.

I wish I had quit sooner than I did. Nobody smokes in our house. They eith go to the back entry way or outside. We are finally pinting over all those yucky YELLOW walls. And not smoking everything smells so good. I would say watch the weight but 1 vice at a time hon. Good Luck
